PER CITY RULES: No sound-amplifying devices (speakers) may be used outside. If used inside, noise shall not be heard from outside the property. The use of outdoor amenities/outdoor games, or any other outdoor activities that create noise is prohibited between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. ALL SHORT-TERM VACATION RENTAL OCCUPANTS SHALL RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS' PRIVACY AND PEACEFUL ENJOYMENT OF THEIR PROPERTY. Guest access You are renting the entire home. The house and yard are exclusively yours to enjoy. There is parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway and garage. Other things to note RULES AND THINGS TO NOTE: **Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day, based on seasonal weather. This fee is not included in the quoted price and will be collected after you book. **Desert Princess does not allow use of any outdoor amenities (including the house's private pool and yard) between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am. **Minimum age for every guest is 25 unless accompanied by a parent. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties. **The city has strict noise, occupancy, and parking rules, INCLUDING THAT NO MUSIC IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. Violation of these rules will result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction from the house with no refund. **Included in your booking is an accidental damage waiver fee, which applies to covered damage up to $2000. See the rental contract for more information. **On rentals of 28 nights or more renter is responsible for the entire gas and electric bill from check-in to check-out based on meter reads. A utility deposit will be collected after booking and will be applied to these bills. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you. **The city requires an additional written contract, which you must sign after you book, and requires that you send us a copy of your ID before you check in. **This house is dog-friendly (2 max) with prior approval and payment of an additional pet fee.
