Relax at our large 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom casa on the 'Los Altos' hillside overlooking the gorgeous La Herradura Bay Our spacious home is a perfect for a family holiday or a getaway with friends. The air-conditioned property has a large open-plan living & dining room with a kitchen, WIFI, smart TV, & a sun terrace with lovely sea views. A car is essential & you can park outside the front door. Guests have access to the communal swimming pool & padel courts also with stunning sea views. The space The property has its own private entrance and is arranged over 3 floors. On the ground floor is a large laundry room with washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board. On the first floor is the master bedroom suite with a king sized bed and ensuite with bath/shower. Next is the 2nd bedroom with queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. The family bathroom has another bathtub/shower. All rooms have A/C and come prepared with fresh bed linen and bath towels. The top floor offers a large open-plan living and dining room with comfy sofas, armchairs, large screen, smart TV (So you can access your Netflix, Amazon etc) a dedicated desk and a lovely long wooden dining table with seating for 10. The floor to ceiling glass doors open onto the private sun terrace with fabulous sea views. There are two sun-lounger chairs, 2 armchairs and a dining table with seating for 4. There is also direct access to a well-equipped kitchen (With oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine & microwave). The top floor also has a W.C. The casa is air-conditioned throughout. This also provides heat in winter months. Guests have access to the communal swimming pool (Open start of May to the end of Oct) and padel courts (Open all Year). The views are sensational and only a few moments walk from the property. There is free, on-street parking directly outside the property. A car is essential. it's a 5 minute drive down to the beaches, shops and restaurants in town. Other things to note The 'Los Altos' neighbourhood is located on the hillside overlooking the beautiful La Herradura bay & town. It's also midway between the historic town of Almunecar & the popular tourist resort of Nerja. From the property, it is a 5 min drive down to the beaches, shops & restaurants in La Herradura. A car is essential, it's a little too far to walk. The views across the bay and being away from the summer crowds are worth it! For those who like nature, we are also a few moments walk from the spectacular Cerro Gordo park, with lots of trails to follow with fantastic sea, mountain and forest views. This is a family-friendly neighbourhood so the property is unsuitable for parties or loud music. The property is arranged over 3 floors so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
