You will love the kitchen, dining area with huge dining room table. Master bedroom with private bathroom w/ shower, laundry room and 1/2 bath finish out the 2nd level. The 3rd level features a beautiful loft, full bath and two spacious bedrooms. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire beautiful chalet home and 1 acre wooded lot. Bear Creek Lake is a huge 160 acre lake that provides 2 beaches and 1 boat access ramp for kayaking, paddle boarding, and canoeing. A large Olympic sized pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, picnic area and playground are available in the common area. Ten guest passes and two parking passes are provided for the above mentioned community areas. Up to ten people can be at the lake or pool at the same time. Other things to note *FOR WEEKEND RENTALS, YOU MAY BE ABLE TO GET A LATE CHECKOUT SUNDAY AFTERNOON FOR NO CHARGE, PLEASE ASK! We have provided an EV charger, 2 canoes, row boat and 1 kayak at the house. 2 additional kayaks are located at the lake. We have 4 bicycles at the house for your enjoyment. We have a propane firepit on the deck and a wood firepit to enjoy roasting marshmallows and hot dogs with your loved ones! We also have a hammock AND a hammock swing for you to relax in under the deck in the front of the house!
