The space The approx. 56 m² large and tastefully furnished 3-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the house. You can also easily reach this by elevator. From the entrance area you can access the modern equipped living area with a sofa set as well as a dining area for up to 4 people and a separate kitchenette. In the living area you will find a flat-screen TV and from here you can access the approximately 10 m² large and furnished balcony. Here you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the sea and nature. The balcony furniture is available seasonally - usually from May to the end of September. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a fridge, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic hob, a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and various small items that complete the kitchen equipment. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds (1.80 x 2.00 m). One of the two bedrooms has a safe and direct access to the bathroom with tub. The other bedroom of the same size offers another flat-screen TV. The second, modern tiled bathroom has a shower and a sauna for your very private wellness moments. In the months of May – September, your own beach chair awaits you right on the water. Need to Know: - WiFi is available free of charge. - For your car, there is a free parking space in the nearby parking garage. There is also a storage facility for bicycles. The apartment is ideally suited for 1 – 4 people. A well-behaved four-legged friend is also welcome after registration and for a small fee. Other things to note Linen package (fitted bed linen + towels) can be booked for EUR 20.00 per person. For this apartment, we charge a one-time apartment security deposit of €200.00. 1 well-behaved dog is allowed upon prior notice for EUR 10.00 per night. The local tourist tax will be charged separately upon arrival.
