Steps to the Beach: Brink of Heaven

Updated 1930’s beach cottage located on an ocean front lot and just steps to the beach. Old school vintage charm with modern comforts. Top deck has amazing ocean views to the north and south and the living room has great sunrise views. This house is located on the ocean side of the street but our personal house between it and the ocean. Brand new stainless appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. Laundry is available for guest, shared with long term tenants and located outside in garage area. The space Guests will be staying on the top two floors of the property where there is 4 bedrooms, 2 kings and 3 queens, and 2 full baths. The lower level is long term rented, to a quiet and incredibly respectful couple. Top floor has an open bedroom with 1 king & 1 queen bed in a shared open space and a bathroom with shower. This bedroom also has a deck off of it with ocean views. The lower level has 3 bedrooms, 1 king and 2 queens. It also has the kitchen, dining room with a table for 8, a full bath, the living room, another dining/game area for 4, and a covered porch. Each bedroom has its own mini split unit for custom temperature control. Linens, Kitchen essentials, coffee (12 cup maker) to get you started, basic cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, 8 beach chairs, 8 beach towels, kids sand toys and boogie boards, a few games and toys, 1 kids booster chair, and 1 pack n play are included with this rental. This house is a 1930s classic so there are some unique quirks that you will notice. For example there are a few 6ft doorways, so taller guest, please watch your heads and narrow interior stairways. Guest access 2 parking spaces included. While it is considered two parking spots guest can squeeze an additional car or two in if they are smaller vehicles.
