The space The house is located on a one-acre property on a cul-de-sac in a quiet seaside neighborhood. It offers great privacy nestled amongst the trees with the ocean only a short walk away. Guest access Guests can enjoy the privacy of the entire home. There are seating areas indoors and outdoors to relax in. The house is very bright with natural light from the windows and skylights. There are comfortable couches and chairs in the living room. Please also note that one spacious bedroom is on the entry-level, lower floor, and a second bedroom is on the main, upstairs floor. The one bathroom is also located upstairs. With a septic system, the house cannot accommodate more than 4 people at any time. Other things to note If interested, ask about renting bikes or kayaks.
