Three spacious bedrooms, full kitchen, dining room, two living spaces, and game room ensures you and your family will find your moment of serenity during your stay. You're walking distance to world famous Graceland, minutes from Downtown Memphis, FedEx Forum, Stax Museum, National Civil Rights Museum, Auto Zone Park, and Tanger Outlet Mall & the Landers Center in Southaven, MS. Upon entering, you are greeted by two comfortable chairs and inviting sofa in the living room Bedroom 3 has a full bed, futon sofa and 32' HD tv Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and futon sofa Bedroom 1 is a king suite with a 32' HD tv and full bathroom with shower Full size kitchen which opens to the den and dining room Game room with pool table, board games, full bathroom with shower, reclining sofa and 50' HD tv The cozy den features a sofa, loveseat, and fireplace with patio doors leading to the large backyard. There is also a desk nook Laundry room with full size washer and dryer Outdoor seating area overlooking the large backyard You will have access to the entire 2300 square feet of The Retreat I am available by phone, text, or email and in person for emergencies. The Retreat is located in an established, family oriented neighborhood on a quiet cove, a ten minute walk to Graceland and minutes from grocery stores and fast food restaurants. Our street is monitored by Memphis Police Department cameras and we are 1 mile from the police station. There is ample parking in the oversized driveway. Please do not park on the street or block the neighbors driveway. All ride share services are available to include Lyft and Uber The Retreat is a SMOKE-FREE home in consideration of our guests with children and those with respiratory challenges. Violations will incur a $400 smoking fee. NO PARTIES, LARGE GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. The police will be called immediately for violations and EVERYONE will be removed from the home. There are security cameras on the exterior monitoring the home. Violations will incur additional fees for damages and extra cleaning. If guests are removed as a result of violating house rules, NO refund will be issued. Please include ALL guests when booking your stay. We prepare the home prior to your arrival based on the number of guests that you list.
