Main Floor: Pull-out couch, recliner, half bath, Smart TV with YouTubeTV, and a dining table with stunning views—perfect for meals, cards, or board games (provided). Full Kitchen: Fully stocked with cookware, slow cooker, mixer, utensils, and a coffee maker with complimentary coffee. Other things to note Loft Access: The loft steps are steep—treat them like a ladder with handrails. Always face the steps, and use the luggage lift for convenience. Supervise small children. Nature & Wildlife: You’re in the woods, so occasional critters may visit. We do our best to keep them out, but let us know if you’d like an extra spray. Bug spray provided in the downstairs bathroom. Driveway & Parking: The driveway is steep (Ozarks style!) but manageable—just go slow. No trailers at the treehouse, but we have extra parking at the top for boats, trailers, or extra vehicles. Additional Notes: Security: A recording camera is located at the brown gate entrance. No pets. No smoking.
