Our home is in the newly developed Punta Piedra Villas! The community is gated/guarded with security 24/7 and it is surrounded by the natural beauty of the Pacific coast, including breathtaking sunsets and a light sea breeze! A quick 40 minute drive from the San Diego-Tijuana border, our location is perfect if you want to do it all! Hit the beach, shop, eat, golf and of course visit the wineries in beautiful Valle de Guadeloupe! The space Brand new, two story, single detached home. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, sofa/tv lounge area as well as it has its own patio. Downstairs you will find the other 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. They all have their own built in closets, Samsung Tv's, beach/pool towels, extra blankets and a fan. There Indoor dining for 8 people as well as outdoor on the back patio. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine at home. The living area has a large comfy sofa and a 75" tv and excellent sound bar, great for movie nights or watching sports! There is also 4 beach chairs, a volleyball, books and games available for use. Please beware that though the weather if often mild, the house does not have heat/air conditioning but a great breeze, plenty of blankets and fans if needed! In addition there are two large rooftops (currently being set up) with lounge chairs and outdoor living space where you can enjoy the sunset over the ocean! Guest access The entire house is available for guests. Other things to note We have one outside entry security camera only to monitor access when we are not present.
