Moreover, there is a covered outdoor shower. It iscozy, with refined furniture. It consists of a large living room with sitting room and television, dining area and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and electric oven; a courtyard with dining area, washing machine and outdoor sink. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a living room with sofa bed for two guests on the upper floor, with a furnished terrace with table and chairs. Maruggio is known for the beautiful beaches with sandy dunes and crystal clear water, located inCampomarino,the seaside location which is only3 kilometers away from the villa. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes). - Pool available from May to September. - Only small size pets are allowed, extra cleaning fee for pets euro 120 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Please note that upon arrival the payment of the deposit of euro 300 is required by credit card, cash or instant transfer. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to receipt of the damage.
