New 3-bedroom house in a peaceful and family environment close to the beach The space We offer this lovely house in a quiet and residential street, 200 m from the beach and one of the most beautiful golf courses on the flowery coast. For your comfort, we have obtained a 4* furnished Tourism classification. On the ground floor, the living room of more than 35 m2, bathed in light, opens wide onto the enclosed garden (garden furniture and dining area). The kitchen is fully equipped and the comfortable lounge area will encourage you to relax (Wi-Fi, multiple channels and radio). You will also find a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a shower room, toilet and laundry area (washer-dryer machine). The ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Upstairs, two bedrooms (1 bed 160 x 200 and 2 beds 90 x 200) including one over 20 m2 with a dedicated remote working space. A bathroom with bathtub and toilet. The house and all of its equipment (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc.) are new. We also made sure to equip the beds with new and quality bedding. Bed and bath linens will be provided (beds will be made upon your arrival). For babies, we lend you, if necessary, a baby bed, reclining high chair, barrier, booster seat…. 4 adult bikes are also available Coffee, tea and treats will be available to welcome you. The center of Cabourg and the Thalasso are within walking distance via the Marcel Proust promenade on the seafront. Children will find a multitude of activities nearby (Varaville, Cabourg, Houlgate): beach clubs (Varaville, Cabourg), Home Varaville pony club, climbing and archery (Croquant Houlgate), sailing and sand yachting (Cabourg), nature house (Sallanelle), tree climbing (Cabourg)… not to mention the beach and swimming. Adults will have access to the Varaville golf course (one of the oldest golf courses in Normandy with hole no. 16 facing the sea) located 200 m from the house and the Cabourg public golf course (9 holes). Cabourg Thalassotherapy is accessible via the Marcel Proust promenade, as is downtown Cabourg and its many activities (20-min walk, 8-min bike ride). There are many places to walk, both to our beautiful city of Caen, its pedestrian streets and its castle, as well as in the Pays d'Auge (Beuvron-en-Auge, Cambremer, etc.), in Suisse Normande (GR preferred by the French), or on our beautiful Côte Fleurie, its walking trails and bike paths. The landing beaches are 30 minutes by car, Mont St Michel is 1 hour.
