The house is centrally located with easy access to Presque Isle, Waldameer, the Erie Zoo, downtown Erie, and Millcreek Mall. With so much to see and do, you’ll soon see why Erie is also known as the “Gem City.” You will be surprised by this open Cape Code home! The dining room and living room are separated by an open wall staircase with hardwood floors in both. There is a 1st floor bedroom and bathroom plus 2 bedrooms upstairs. Built in 1952, it has all the charm of that era, but with modern elements that make it the perfect getaway. You will have access to the entire house including the basement and backyard. Additional parking i s available down the street and around the corner, at your own risk. Can sleep 6, but is ideal for couples, small families and a group of 3 or 4 friends.
