The exact dates will vary depending on the weather. - Firewood is not provided. - This home does not offer pool heat. - Steep, windy road and gravel driveway. House is at a high altitude and can receive inclement weather in the winter. 4x4 is highly recommended during the winter months. Roads could become impassible during snow/ice events.  - Please note that no cameras are aimed at the hot tub/pool. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. Parking Details: Parking on driveway. Maximum of 4 vehicles. [DISCLAIMERS] - No smoking in or outside of this home. Subject to a $300 fine. - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced.
