The yard is also not fenced and there is direct water access so please make sure this suits your pet Guest access Off street parking is on the nature strip in front of the property. There is free street parking. Other things to note We have a maximum of 4 adults and 3 children (under 15) at this property. Bunks and loft bed are only suitable for children. Upon advance request and subject to availability, the king bed may be able to be split into two singles. Please note there is open access from our backyard to the creek. Those with young children will need to consider if the property is right for them as the water is not fenced. You are entirely responsible for your safety and that of others. Upon advance request, we can provide a travel cot and highchair. We have external security cameras - these are at the front and rear of the property for safety reasons.
