A great space for a group holiday. Only a 3 minute walk to town & a 5 minute walk to the waters edge, yet with 2 parking spaces directly outside. Nicely finished, modern and comfortable- somewhere to celebrate... or relax! The space The house is packed with amenities! ~ 6 En-suite Bedrooms ~ High speed WiFi ~ Fully equipped kitchen ~ Dining/work table ~ 8 person hot tub ~ Gas BBQ with outdoor seating ~ Smart TV with PS4 ~ Washer & dryer ~ Driveway with space for 2 cars ~ EV charger on driveway ~ Luxurious bedding and towels provided ~ Board games ~ Air fryer ~ Freshly baked scones and carrot cake on arrival We've got you covered with the little things too: an iron, blow dryer, soap, towels, toilet roll etc Guest access The keys are left in a lockbox and you will be sent the code before arrival. Other things to note Towels & all linen provided Please do your best to conserve energy! (Make sure lights are off, heaters only used when you need it.) Thank you! Please don't take our towels to the beach. The hot tub - the hot tub manual is found in the house manual should you need it, although it’s very straight forward to use. Hot tub included in price. Please note, hot tubs are notoriously unreliable and we try our very very best to ensure it is working all the time for our guests. In the event of a mechanical failure there is a £200 refund. 2 sets of keys - When leaving the house for the day please use the lock box for keys, lost keys are charged at £50 per lost key. The EV charger is available to guests. They need to download the app and pay for the energy separately.
