Just steps from the sand, Sojourn's Sanctuary Seaside Escape is a 3 BR/2BA oceanside condo in The Sanctuary Condos. This ocean-side building offers luxurious amenities, breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, and an unparalleled sense of tranquility. The Seaside Escape welcomes you with immediate relaxation and comfort. Pools are open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The space A bright and airy coastal condo with direct patio access to the pool, BBQ area, and salty ocean breeze. The living room is elegantly furnished with a plush sectional sofas, perfect for lounging after a long day at the beach. Double sliding glass doors allow direct access to the patio, pool and bbq area and a place to take in the salty breeze. The condo has an open concept living area, which seamlessly flows into the dining area and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. The dining table seats eight, making it the perfect spot for a family dinner or a game night. The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a shower, and dual sinks, complete with Lather Bath products and Frette towels. The second bedroom has a queen bed and and is decorated with neutral beach tones for an enjoyable and relaxing night sleep. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. The third bedroom is complete with one set of full size bunk beds and one twin beds perfect for kids or friends. The second bathroom is conveniently located in the hall and has a shower. This home has high speed WiFi, in unit washer dryer, central heat and air and plenty of linens. All TV's are programmed with free netflix and hulu. We do not have traditional cable. The Sanctuary condo building offers amenities that will make your vacation even more enjoyable. Free parking is available for up to two vehicles. Take a dip in the outdoor pool, relax on the sun deck or make family meals on the abundance of outdoor BBQ’s, If you're feeling active, head to the fitness center for a workout or take a run on the sand! When you're ready to hit the beach, simply walk down the private boardwalk and you'll be steps away from the soft sand and refreshing water. Sojourn homes come complete with beach chairs and umbrellas for guests, making it easy to spend the day lounging and soaking up the sun. Guest access A Sojourn representative will meet you on site to give you the keys and parking passes. Please schedule a check in time with Sojourn between 4PM and 9PM. Any other times must be pre-approved prior to booking your stay. Other things to note At Sojourn, we’re committed to making your stay seamless, serene, and comfortable. Property Access & Maintenance From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding. Baby Gear (Optional Add-On) Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item. Parking Information Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
