Guests will be given the key box access code for 24-hour access. The owner lives on the same street and is available if you need help with anything during your visit. The cottage is in west Gulfport, two short blocks to beach and fishing pier. Walking distance to a casino, neighborhood park with splash pad, community center with free workout room, and less than a mile from great downtown restaurants, Ship Island ferry and new aquarium. There is plenty of off-street parking at the cottage. The cottage is across the street from a train track that runs across the Coast, parallel to the beach. Locals who live near the beach are used to hearing the train but just don't want you to be surprised when you hear it. I added insulation and new windows that help mitigate noise.
