This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guest from the home. #2 SMOKING AND VAPING IS PROHIBITED ON THE PROPERTY/ if any signs of smoking or vaping is found the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 fine per day. #3 QUIET HOURS for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
