A non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be charged. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout. -There is a golf cart available for use. If you wish to use the golf cart during your stay. Please contact our Reservations team if you would like access to the golf cart. -Every guest is required to sign and abide by the guidelines outlined in our golf cart waiver. Per our Golf Cart Agreement, you are solely liable for the golf cart during your stay. If we find any damage you will not only be charged for the total cost of the incurred damages, but also for the cost of a golf cart rental during the length of time the original golf cart is being repaired. -If the golf cart key is lost, stolen, or damaged a $150 fee will apply. -Please note that there is still some new construction taking place in the neighborhood, but it should not disturb your stay. -The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period. -Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all nearby areas, including patios and balconies. Any evidence will result in a $500 cleaning fee. -Basic starter items are included for your arrival, but these are not replenished during your stay. -You will receive a comprehensive digital guide before arrival with everything needed for a smooth stay. -Towels for beach outings are not supplied.
