Newly constructed, charming home! Contains 1 king, 2 queens, 2 baths and a sofa bed. Walking distance to Lake Flower and easy access to villages fine dining restaurants and brewerys. Perfect for weekend getaways, business trips, staycations, work-from-home alternative, or cozy home base while exploring everything the Adirondacks has to offer! Less than a 5 minute drive to downtown Saranac Lake and 15 minutes to Lake placid which had the historical 1932 and 1980 winter olympics! No Pets. The space 1st bedroom King bed with private bathroom 2nd bedroom 2 Queens beds (2nd bathroom entered from hallway) Living room contains sofa bed Fire pit (wood not provided) with Adirondacks chairs, outdoor grill, picnic table. Other things to note Sorry but no refunds/cancellations/ credits/changing dates for future stays allowed outside of our refund/cancellations policy for ANY reason. We highly recommend travel insurance for all guests.
