The space Spacious 3-bedroom apartment with private entrance and plenty of natural light. Wake up to breathtaking sunrises, spot local wildlife, and unwind in the evening as the city lights sparkle below on the large private balcony. *King bedroom has a desk/workspace. *Queen bedroom includes TV with Amazon firestick *Third bedroom has twin bed Spacious living room with smart TV to login to your favorite streaming platforms (some services included) or enjoy views and sunrise from the large private deck. Kid friendly - *Packnplay, toddler cot, changing pad, and high chair for little ones as well as a stocked toy closet Please Read: *Animals are not permitted due to allergies * SMOKING is NOT permitted inside OR outside (including the street) due to permit restrictions and watchful neighbors Upstairs is a separate unit. Quiet hours are respected and efforts have been made to minimize sound travel, but you may hear noise. Thermostat is shared with upstairs unit but sensors located in rooms monitor the temperature, access to thermostat via app available upon request. Other things to note Please Read Before Booking: * Quiet hours are 10pm-7am, we ask that noise be minimized to keep the neighbors happy. *Please review parking instructions carefully. We can only fit 2 cars or 3 small cars and street parking is not permitted. Off site option available down the road. *Animal restrictions are due to allergies. We recognize the value of service animals, but use the space when vacant - violation results in fine and stay termination. *No smoking or fire of any kind on property or in the surrounding area/street due to wildfire restrictions. A $250 fee and termination of stay is imposed as we can lose our permit if neighbors report. *HVAC is shared with upstairs unit and controlled via an app. Ecobee sensors help maintain temperature (small white squares). There are also space heaters and fans in each bedroom. * We charge a small fee for early checkins or late checkouts to compensate cleaner (subject to availability). A $125/hr fee applies to unapproved late checkouts. *Stairs lead to the entrance. *The space is in a mountain area, you may encounter nature, wildlife, and snow. We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy so want to make sure you're covered!
