Other things to note Please Read Before Booking: * Quiet hours are 10pm-7am, arriving and departing outside these times is not an issue at all! *Street parking is not permitted, please carefully read parking instructions. *Animal restrictions are due to allergies. We recognize the value of service animals but this is a family space when not occupied - violation results in fee and stay termination so please leave furry friends at home. *No smoking or fire of any kind on property. $200 fee is imposed due to wildfire restrictions. Sorry we are not drug friendly. *HVAC is shared with upstairs unit and is controlled upstairs and via an app. Ecobee sensors help maintain a comfortable temperature (small white squares-please do not remove or disable). There are also space heaters and fans in each bedroom. If uncomfortable please let us know and we can adjust or provide you access to the ecobee app. *Stairs lead to the entrance. * We try to keep our cleaning fee low, but do charge $20/hr for early checkin or late checkout to compensate cleaner. This is subject to cleaner availability and a higher fee applies for unapproved late checkouts.
