Enjoy your coffee on the large outdoor deck watching the ducks frolic and hearing the nearby rooster crow. Read the book written by the original builder of these A-Frames, describing his life in the counterculture and his creation of the A-frames. Being on Manns Chapel, you will hear road noise (the 'cost' of being in a very convenient location). The land and A-frames surrounding the lake were the epicenter of the Chapel Hill hippie movement in the 60's. The house, driveway and yard are all private to the house. Other things to note There is a driveway easement across the back of the property along the lake so be aware that the neighbors across the pond may occasionally drive by to enter or exit. Feel free to walk around behind the A-frame and check out the pond, but please do not enter other adjacent properties.
