Open kitchen to the family room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is multipurpose with over 380 sq ft. and has a second exterior entrance with a ramp. This room opens to the room with two twin daybeds with plenty of room for play or entertaining. There are additional floor mattresses in the daybed room and under the master bed. Linens are in the daybed room. There is a room next to the kitchen great for storage, work at home or as an additional room for sleeping. Washer & dryer are in the garage. Guest access There may be 1-2 loft guests at the same time you are staying in the main house. The loft is above the garage with a backdoor entrance and separate interior stairwell. The small window in the loft stairway has film giving you privacy on your deck. The loft guest park in the third driveway on the far NW side of the property in front of the shed with large open side yard. You have the other two driveways. We recommend parking on the turnaround driveway on the SE side of the home next to the carved bear tree and use the driveway in front of the garage for overflow. You have the large deck in the front of the home and the large front and back yard. Other things to note Wifi modem is in the bedroom near the kitchen under nightstand by window. You can scan the QR code to connect. There is a desk in the queen bedroom and the nightstands are desks as well. A counter height table in the room connected to the kitchen is a great workspace. We want to provide a clean home with fresh pine tree air. Please, smoking is not allowed in the home, the deck or near any open doors or windows. Fire danger is high. Campfires or extinguishing cigarettes on the ground are not allowed.
