BUOY HOUSE: Heated, inground pool with hot tub

2026 POOL SEASON: MAY 8-SEPT 30. NOTE: THIS IS A SEMI PRIVATE POOL SHARED ONLY WITH OUR OTHER UNIT DIRECTLY BEHIND. POOL IS FOR GUESTS ONLY, NOT OTHER FRIENDS. HOT TUB: ONLY AVAILABLE AFTER 5.3.26 (GETTING A NEW ONE)Also 8 person hot tub with TV! Unique set up, we own 2 homes with both back yards combined for extra enjoyment. Amazing pool deck & this back yard with grassy area, fire pit & Bocce ball. NOTE: This is a semi private pool shared only with our other home, the Round House behind. The space Incredible back yard with 8 person hot tub, covered bar area with TV for awesome evenings! Amazing heated, saltwater, heated pool too! Open kitchen area, all stainless steel, new appliances. Ice maker. Master bedroom: King bed, closet, 43" TV. 2nd bedroom, queen, closet, dresser, 43" TV. Kids room, 2 twin beds, one queen bed, 43" TV, closet, dresser. Full size washer / dryer, custom tiled shower, 2 vanity sinks. Guest access POOL IS SEMI PRIVATE SHARED ONLY WITH THE HOME BEHIND. 8 person Hot Tub too! The back yard is a nice, grassy area with picnic table, Bocce ball, cornhole & grilling station. The back yard also connects to our other rental (Round House) with built in pool. Both units have access to the 18x24, heated, in ground pool. NOTE; Only paying guests only, as this is a shared pool with the other unit, only paying guests have access, no others please. Other things to note AGAIN, THIS IS A SEMI PRIVATE POOL SHARED ONLY WITH THE HOME TO THE REAR. BOTH BACK YARDS CONNECT FOR A GREAT SPOT, PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE OTHER GUESTS. ONLY GUESTS STAYING HAVE POOL ACCESS ONLY NO NON PAYING GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOL. Please be respectful of other guests on the pool deck. The grilling station on the pool deck is for the other unit only, not this unit. This unit has it's own awesome grilling station.
