RES - 10535 The space The unit itself is ample 1200 square feet and has 3 generously sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for kids and teens with two sets of twin-over-twin bunks. The living room has lots of seating, and one of the sofas is a queen pull-out. The full kitchen has everything you need for preparing and enjoying meals. There's also a dining area with seating for 8 and more seating at the counter beside it. The large balcony has mountain views and pool views. There's also a natural gas BBQ and outdoor seating. The condo is conveniently located to the outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs. It's a quick walk down the hall to the large rectangular hot tub. The pool is given a balcony, so you can send older kids off to the pool, but still, keep an eye on them. If you are travelling with more than one vehicle, please be prepared for some challenges, particularly with street parking. The most difficult time to find a space is often later in the evening.
