Cozy Loch Lomond Chalet

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful setting with wonderful views of Loch Lomond and the surrounding hills including Ben Lomond. Enjoy kayaking, swimming or boating on Loch Lomond or take a hike up Ben Lomond or a walk along the West Highland Way! A great spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of life where you can unwind and relax but also close enough for day trips to Glasgow and Stirling. Visit nearby Buchanan Castle or take a boat trip to one of the islands! The space We offer a two bedroom and two bath accommodation with open concept kitchen, living and dining area. Views of Loch Lomond are directly in front of the lodge along with a view of Ben Lomond from the living room window. The master bedroom is en suite with large soaking tub/shower combination. The second bathroom has a step in shower. There are twin beds in the smaller bedroom with a queen bed in the master. Each bedroom has a large closet and shelves for clothing. There are vanity mirrors with lights in both bedrooms and USB plugs in the lighting fixtures on each of the bedside lamps. We have many amenities in the kitchen and have a charcoal BBQ available. The main living area is kept comfortable with the temperature control of the air-conditioning/ heating unit which can accommodate all sorts of climatic weather in the warm summer months and cool winters. We have a DVD player available with a selection of movies. There is also a library of books and game boards and a Smart TV with free view. Unlimited Wifi is also provided. The front patio has a lovely 4-seater outdoor dining table for those al fresco evenings on the deck watching the water and the evening sun setting. Guest access You will have access to the entire lodge including an extensive kitchen. There is no access to the shed located at the back of the chalet. A charcoal BBQ is also available. Other things to note The nearest shop is a well-stocked Spar located in Drymen, 20 minutes away. There is also an outstanding butcher in the village and a wee shop next to The Oak Tree Inn in Balmaha for basics. We suggest ordering delivery of your food using Sainsbury, Tesco, or ASDA. The Rowardennan Hotel which is next door to the park is open from April to October. The rest of the restaurants - The Oak Tree Inn, The Clachan, The Drymen Inn, The Winnock Hotel, are open year round. Registration Details ST00097P
