Sitting a short walk between Ky lake and Lake Barkley, enjoy a weekend filled with boating, shopping, and many other activities nearby. 500ft down the hill is the heart of Grand Rivers boasting many shops and unique dining opportunities including Village Market, Craig’s Dairy Bar, and antique shops within walking distance. And don’t forget The Pink Tractor! The space We’re located on a quiet street. We have a nice big living room, 3 bedrooms, all with walk in closets, 2 baths, kitchen, dining area for 8, laundry room with washer and dryer. There’s a huge deck out back, and covered patio area. Large covered outdoor table and chairs. Self checkin! Guest access You’ll have access to the entire property. Small front porch with new rocking chairs, back/side porch with chairs, covered outdoor dining area, and fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Other things to note ~No pets allowed. ~We have cell phone charger’s available in each bedroom and in the living room. ~ Adirondack chairs around a fire pit. ~ Corn Hole game! ~Large covered outdoor table and chairs ~Self checkin! ~ We have board games and card games for adults and kids. Good for rainy days or just down time.
