Combed concrete walls share space with decades-old doors. Timeworn wood floors support modern furnishings. Industrial windows are now layered with reflective privacy mirroring. And every detail has been hand-picked, curated, and carefully chosen: We have rummaged through estate sales, researched Asheville history, and requested custom pieces, to create a space that speaks to Asheville and to you. Easy Parking You don’t need a car at 33 Carolina Lane but if you bring one, you’ll be happy to know that parking is easy to find, with one free space included in your stay, along with convenient nearby parking decks and on street metered parking for a second vehicle. Fast WiFi Go on, upload that Asheville selfie! With fast WiFi, you’re as connected as you want to be. No Stairs Don’t want to climb stairs? No problem – there aren’t any here. From our favorite no-signage spots to late-night emergencies, our 100% local service delivers both a great experience and peace of mind. Other things to note This is an urban setting within sight and sound of busy bars, restaurants, breweries and music venues. If you are looking for a completely quiet location at all hours, this may not be a perfect fit for you. Carolina Lane is a one way alley, with very little available parking . But our guests have access to one free designated space, just a block away! On Carolina Lane, there are is a 30 minute loading zone Monday -Friday, 9am-5pm, plus a couple parking spaces within 25 feet of the entrance to the loft. These are rarely available though, so plan your arrival accordingly with a quick drop off of a few things, then proceed to the parking space a block away. Vehicles should not be parked in a way that prohibit thru-traffic.
