Renovated Historic Farmhouse with River Views.

My husband Philip and I spent a year lovingly restoring this historic property in our hometown. Our favourite space is the kitchen, with custom cabinets crafted from local butternut. It's a great space to cook, hang out, & enjoy the morning sun. The living room has a working fireplace for those chilly nights, adjoining a cozy parlour packed with our favourite books we've collected over the years. The enclosed front porch is where we've spent many evenings, enjoying the sunset along the river. The space The house is just a short walk from the main business district, and the walking trail is easily accessed just down the street. It provides a great 3.5km loop for evening walks or morning runs along the river. Guest access We share a driveway with our neighbour, and our side has room for comfortably parking 3 vehicles. Other things to note We have a cot and comfy sofa, so two additional guests could be accommodated if necessary
