EASY BEACH ACCESS WITH NO PARKING PERMIT REQUIRED Most Meredith beaches require a resident parking permit, but you do not need one here. * Leavitt Beach is just a two-minute walk away * Walking access means no permit required * Enjoy stress-free lake days without parking hassles PADDLE OUT WHEN CONDITIONS ALLOW When water levels are high, guests may use the onsite canoe or bring their own kayak and paddle from the property through the water inlet to Lake Winnipesaukee. Please note: Water levels vary throughout the season, so this feature cannot be guaranteed. Leavitt Beach, and all Meredith beaches, are usually reserved for residents only since you need a parking permit to park at all town beaches. However, our guests have easy access as our cottage is only a 2 minute walk away. No permit is required for walking to the beach. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, guests will be asked to: * Sign a standard rental agreement * Provide a refundable security deposit hold The deposit is a hold, not a charge, and is released after checkout. This helps ensure our home is respected and well cared for during your stay. We understand plans can change and recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations or travel disruptions. Guests will receive a digital welcome booklet approximately one week prior to arrival with helpful details for their stay, but we are always happy to answer questions and offer local recommendations! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. There is a small section of the shed that is for property maintenance, but that will be defined in the Guest Book.
