Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We truly are central to all that Cornwall has to offer. We are in a rural location, perfect to retreat to after a busy day out and about. Enclosed garden for children and dogs. South facing and a proper little sun trap. Beautiful footpaths surround this cottage and it’s on 2 good bus routes connecting you to railway stations etc. you’ll see the best of the stars here at night. Dogs welcome. The space The Cottage, situated at the rear of Cox Hill House and within its own secure garden. Offers a well equipped kitchen. Heated underfloor heating in the kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The bathroom has a bath and shower over it. There is a small utility for storage and a washing machine. One bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of storage with a tv. The second bedroom has bunk beds. Please note this room is more suitable to children than adults. The living room has a sofa and chair, dining table, wood-burner, tv. Guest access The Cottage is accessible from the main drive where you have your own parking space. Entry is through the grey gates, along past the garage and into your own garden. Other things to note We welcome dogs to the property too.
