Abricot, Family gite with character

La Lohuas is an old farmhouse converted into six family gîtes. The gîtes are surrounded by large grounds with green areas, playgrounds and a heated, covered swimming pool. There is also a hen house with chickens, roosters, ducks, a goose and a peacock. A shaded path leads to the stream which borders the property. The site is surrounded by fields and woods. Many walking and hiking routes are easily accessible. The space Gite Abricot has been carefully renovated in the old barn of the farm. The front door leads you into the main room with a high ceiling, oak beams and exposed stone walls. There is an open plan kitchen (fan oven, gas hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster), a dining area and a sitting area with a comfortable sofa and armchairs. On the ground floor there is a toilet. Upstairs you will find a bathroom with bath and WC and three bedrooms: a master suite with a queen-size bed and en-suite shower room and WC; a bedroom with two single beds; a bedroom with a single bed and bunk beds. There is also a terrace in front of the house facing east overlooking the fish pond, then the gardens, playground and pool enclosure. It is equipped with a table, parasol and barbecue. The gite is private; the pool, gardens, playground and laundry room are shared with other travellers.
