This beautiful light and airy self contained studio with private bathroom and patio is perfect for a London stay . It is located on the side of our home in a large tranquil garden and accessed by a separate entrance. Guests can self check in and out from key box . The space Tranquil space ,with kitchenette area ,microwave , toaster, kettle and cafatiere with table and 2 stools , sofa and ensuite bathroom . Very comfortable double sofa bed 140x200 with quality topper mattress .Outside is guests private sunny patio with table and chairs . Guest access The studio and patio are for guest use only Other things to note Please note this is a studio compromising of one room with sofa bed, sofa and kitchenette with seperate ensuite bathroom and private patio area We have 2 cats that are fairly timid so will not bother you
