Located 9 miles west of downtown Fredericksburg, my place is perfect for those seeking a quiet, country stay in The Hill Country. You’ll love my place because of the peaceful, ranch location, the relaxing outdoor space, unique and beautiful interior, the ambiance, and seasonal pool. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, a group of friends, and dog owners (limit 2 dogs, each under 25lbs). The space The home features a 4.5' deep pool available until 10pm from May to October. The pool is heated to 85 degrees Fahrenheit if needed. The pool is located behind your hosts' home (not the guesthouse where you'll be staying) but your hosts always respect your privacy. LOCATION - Located on a farm 9 miles southwest of Fredericksburg HOSTS - Home all to yourselves. Host lives on the property SLEEPS - 5 persons- Two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and second has a full bed. There is also a single rollaway bed. BATH - 1 Bathroom with a walk-in shower  KITCHEN - Fully-equipped kitchen with a Keurig & traditional coffeemaker. BREAKFAST - Breakfast fixings are left for you as well as coffee and teas  AMENITIES - 4.5' deep pool (available until 10pm from May to October, and only heated to 85 degrees Fahrenheit if needed) that is behind your host's home not the guesthouse, 36” flat screen television in living room, direct TV, DVD, WiFi, gas grill, back porch with seating, 40 acres with views, sheep & deer on the property, one garage parking spot available CHILDREN & INFANTS - AGES 12+     PETS - YES (Limit 2, 25lb limit each)     SMOKING - OUTSIDE ONLY WIFI - YES Up to two dogs are allowed but we ask that they each weigh 25 lbs or less. However, if you do have a dog that is heavier than the weight limit, please inquire whether an exception can be made, as one will generally be granted. Furthermore, there is an additional pet fee. This fee is already included in the price of your stay as long as you include a pet when booking. Also, please bring a crate for your dog and crate it in your absence from the house, do not allow the dog on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of its waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation. Guest access Home to yourself. Your host does live on the property in a separate home.
