Dairy cottage is very spacious stone and slate cottage that has been lovingly converted to offer beautiful, modern accommodation. Still retaining it's characteristic charm with original features like area's of exposed stone, wood beams and arrow slot windows. The perfect place to relax after a day of exploring all North Cornwall has to offer. Ta Mill is a secluded rural hideaway set in a peaceful hollow of 45 acres on the fringes of Bodmin Moor, offering self-catering cottages and lodges. The space Dairy Cottage is a welcoming ground floor property. This well thought out cottage offers space and ease for mobility impaired guests whilst maintaining an excellent level of decor and facilities for all. It has an open plan living area with fully functioning kitchen. Two bedrooms that sleep up to 5 people and a bathroom. The living area has a fully glazed south facing aspect looking onto a private patio with wooden garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the afternoon sunshine. It is complete with two sofa's, a coffee table, a bookcase, television, dining table and chairs. The kitchen has electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle and fridge. Along with pots, pans, baking trays, utensils and all necessary plates, bowls ect. The Bathroom is a wet room with a shower seat and hand rails, an electric shower, toilet and wash basin. Bath mat, Towels and Toilet Roll are provided. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable king size bed with a set of bedside drawers each side of it and a built in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a single bed, a king size bed, and a built in wardrobe. Both provide the perfect, calm space to rest your head at the end of the day. All bed linen is provided. There is a nice walk alongside the stream to the fishing pond. It is a beautiful site and you will be able to relax and unwind whilst exploring a lovely part of Cornwall. Guest access Enjoy the site with the pitch 'n' putt, children's play area, nature trail and games room, which offers a dart board, 2 pool tables, 1 table tennis table and arcade machines. Plenty to keep you entertained if the sun isn't shining. A visit to our farmyard will give you a closer look at the geese, ducks, sheep and alpacas as well as our pygmy goats. Alpaca feeding is on offer at 10am every morning. Booking is necessary. We have a wood-fired sauna on site that is available at £15 per adult, per hour. Booking is necessary. We also have an onsite Laundry with washing machines and tumble dryers. Free to use. Neither are available in the cottage. Other things to note There may be other people staying on site in other accommodation, but you have your own walled garden and patio and will not be disturbed by other guests. We allow dogs in this cottage free of charge. You must bring a dog basket with you and please ensure your pet does not lie on the bedding or soft furnishings. When you exercise your dog, it must be under control and you must clean up after your pet. Pets must not be left unattended in the accommodation at any time. ONLY HOUSE TRAINED PETS ACCEPTED- SORRY NO PUPPIES.
