Welcome to "The Tiny" at The Hemptons in Upstate New York! The not-so-tiny house is 400sf with plenty of space to stretch out. Each of the two bedroom lofts have a comfy queen bed on a low profile frame. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking (read: Not good for Thanksgiving, but perfectly suited for standard cooking endeavors). Although we'd encourage you to check out many the local eateries (see below)! The bathroom is full size and likely bigger than the one in your first NYC apartment. Enjoy breakfast on the deck or grill up some lunch on the BBQ. Take a hike up through the property's private fields and woods on the marked trails and catch a glimpse of the Catskill Mountains. Plenty to explore on-site, as well as in the surrounding area like Taconic State Park, Catamount Mountain Resort, OMI Art Center and Beebe Hill State Forest.  Guests have full access to The Tiny and surrounding lands, as marked. We are always available by phone or text. Self check-in is straightforward, but if you prefer an in-person meeting, we will do our best to accommodate. The owners reside on a separate part of the property located across the way (about 500ft) on the other side of the barn. We encourage all of our guests to support local restaurants! We are lucky to have a slew of fantastic local eateries, including Chatham Brewing, Fiesta Cafe, Bimi's, Local 111, Roe Jan Brewing, just to name a few -- all within a 10-minute drive. And while there is plenty of land to explore on-site, definitely check out the surrounding areas like Taconic State Park, Catamount Mountain Resort, OMI Art Center and Beebe Hill State Forest, all located nearby. Parking is available on-site. Please note there an extra $25/night charge per person for reservations with more than 2 guests.
