Looking to relax and getaway? The Vashon Beachfront Retreat welcomes you with stunning views and private beach access. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while spotting local wildlife. Go for a stroll on the sandy beach. Gather around the fire pit and toast marshmallows. Stargaze. Featuring a well-equipped kitchen, an outdoor grill, comfortable beds and premium bedding, large mounted TV and full-size washer and dryer, our beach house is spacious and designed with your comfort in mind. The space Over 3000 sq. ft. to spread out, with indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and gather. The house is equipped with central heating and air conditioning, and the upstairs and downstairs are controlled on separate zones. Please note that all bedrooms and bathrooms require stairs to access. The full kitchen is well-stocked with quality cookware, an electric waffle maker, tableware and cutlery. We have a ping pong table that converts into a pool table, board games, puzzles, books and DVDs on hand whether you’re looking for some friendly competition, or quiet time to unwind. Guest access The grassy area next to our house belongs to our neighbor and is off-limits. There is space for 2 cars on the driveway. Any additional cars will need to park up the hill, on the street. Other things to note We do not allow smoking or pets on our property. We ask all guests to remove shoes when in the house. Washable slippers are available. Like most of Vashon, we are on a septic system. Please help conserve water use and dispose of food scraps in the garbage and only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Our septic system thanks you!
