There is a third "bedroom" on the lower level, with a queen size murphy bed. The lower level has it's own full bathroom, and a separate entrance, making it ideal for in-laws, or a second family. Guest access Guests will enter through a contactless keypad lock, and have access to the entire house and beach front throughout their stay.
