Our neighbors are a mix of friendly locals and renters alike. The unit itself has three floors. On the main floor you can find the half bath, living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and patio. The second floor is comprised of the primary bedroom with en suite bathroom. The third floor contains the last 2 bedrooms. One has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and private deck. The other has a twin-over-full bunk bed with an additional twin trundle. There is a shared bathroom with double vanity and separate toilet room in the hallway. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils, olive oil, and a few spices for cooking. Flatware, knives, and children's utensils are also included. A high chair is available upon request. We have a one car garage + 1 additional parking space outside and parking on the street right behind the townhouse. Our neighborhood is located off of Fletcher - a main artery of the island. You can quickly get to restaurants, shopping, golf, downtown, Fort Clinch, Egan's Creek Greenway, and Jacksonville. In the middle of the community is a pool with a small deck and some lounge chairs. The back patio of each unit is shaded by a beautiful canopy of live oaks. There is a restaurant, gas station, and cafe/boutique within walking distance. Not to mention the beach! Our unit has a private garage in addition to one dedicated parking space directly outside the unit. There is also free street parking on 1st Ave directly across from the neighborhood.
