A 2-storey villa with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and dining areas With a heated swimming pool 40sqm a children's pool and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Amazing scenery of the mountain range and nature at its fullest. The villa is 300sqm in a private plot of 2000sqm Traditional Cretan style with stone built walls and wooden ceilings. You will enjoy a beautifully designed outdoor space where the infinity pool, a children's pool and a built-in Jacuzzi are all connected in a convenient layout, yet each has its own separate built section for comfort and safety. The villa combines traditional Cretan architecture with modern comfort. The 2-storey villa has downstairs a living room which is spacious with a stone arch separating it from the fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and a dining area. In the living room there is a tv and a working fireplace. There is also a Blue tooth speaker and microphone for karaoke nights for you to enjoy your music, by the pool. The living room has been thoughtfully designed so that adults can supervise children playing in the children's pool while remaining indoors. The hallway leads to the bedrooms. There is a master bedroom which has a King size double bed with a private en suite bathroom and a shower cabin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds 0,96x2,00cm that can be joined together to form a king size double bed width 1,92 cm. Also in the hallway there is a master bathroom which is stone built with a bath tub. So downstairs there are total 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom. Additionaly in the hallway there is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, iron board, baby tub. All the rooms on the ground floor lead to the swimming pool area. Unique layout: On the upper floor is the second house where there is a living room with 2 couches where 2 guests can sleep. There is a second fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. The highlight the villa includes a Private Suite, apartment - style inside the villa with a bedroom + private bathroom + living room + kitchen, then there is a hallway closing the door separates the suite from the other bedrooms for extra privacy. Making it ideal for families or groups who want both privacy and shared spaces. The hallway door leads you to the 3 bedrooms one has a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Private apartment style - suite has its own privacy for one couple/family separate from the other 3 bedrooms in the hallway. One couple or friends can have their own suite with a distance from the rest of the group. The layout of the Private apartment suite-style within the villa. Which offers privacy. In the bedrooms that have single beds can all be converted into a King size double bed with a width of 1.92cm if needed. So a review of the villa's layout upstairs and downstairs is the following: There are 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, 2 dining areas, 5 bathrooms, 6 bedrooms (3 bedrooms have their private en suite bathroom) and a Laundry room.
