Gloucester city centre is just 10 minutes away, with Cheltenham, Stroud, the Cotswolds and the Forest of Dean all within easy reach. The large open-plan living and kitchen area is designed for comfort and relaxation, combining minimalist design with warm, carefully considered lighting. Mid-century modern furnishings, a spacious corner sofa (which converts into a double sofa bed), and a Samsung 50” TV with Sky TV and AirPlay make this an inviting space to unwind. The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped for guests who enjoy cooking. You’ll find a Samsung dual-cook oven, induction hob, dishwasher, full-size fridge/freezer, oak worktops and matte navy cabinetry. A Nespresso coffee machine with pods is provided, Air fryer, microwave, along with breakfast tea, green tea, herbs, spices, oils and quality cookware. For added convenience, an ASDA supermarket is just a two-minute walk away. The bedroom is quiet and calming, ideal for a great night’s sleep. It features a comfortable double hybrid mattress (memory foam combined with high-resilience foam), a heavyweight duvet, mattress topper, blackout curtains, and a large wardrobe with plenty of hangers. The newly renovated bathroom offers a hotel-style experience, with a full-size bath, rainfall shower, heated towel rail, vanity unit and full-wall mirror. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided. For business travellers or remote workers, the apartment includes a dedicated workspace with a large desk, ergonomic office chair, external monitor with HDMI connection, and ultra-fast 900Mb fibre broadband - making it an ideal base for productive stays. Guests also benefit from a dedicated parking space for one vehicle, with CCTV operating in the car park for added security. To respect our neighbours, parties are not permitted and quiet hours apply after 10pm. Guest access The apartment is entirely yours for the duration of your stay, with full access to all rooms, amenities and the dedicated parking space. Other things to note This apartment is maintained to a high standard and is intended for guests who will treat it with care and respect, as they would their own home. For this reason, we do not accept parties or events, pets (unless agreed in advance), or bookings from groups whose primary purpose is social gatherings. The property is best suited to couples, professionals, or small groups looking for a comfortable, high-quality stay. For longer stays, we’re happy to arrange interim cleaning during your booking for an additional fee.
