Other things to note - The house sits on stilts and requires climbing up the stairs. May not be best for individuals with mobility issues. There's no elevator. - The house is gated and backyard is fully-fenced (end portion is wire-fenced). - Washer and dryer in unit but we do not provide laundry detergent, softener, bleach, etc. -BBQ grill available but we do not provide the charcoal. - Some additional rules and pet policy in housekeeping apply. - Beach chairs, tent, and cooler are available for your use. - Pet-friendly! (For an additional fee: $100 for the first pet and $50 for the second pet.) - Refundable security deposit will be collected one day before check-in. - For safety and protection of our guests, the property is equipped with motion-activated security devices located on the exterior of the house only. In particular, the locations are driveway, patio, backyard, rear deck and a camera doorbell. These only record video and audio for a few seconds when motion activated.
