Street sweeping is Thursday afternoon. 📹 Security & Noise Monitoring Exterior cameras in the front, back and side yards notify us 24/7 and footage is recorded. Noise monitoring devices at the front door and in the backyard alert property managers if decibel levels exceed normal limits. There are no cameras inside the home. We have a zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized parties, illegal behavior and unregistered guests. 🚫 No Commercial Activity No commercial activities and/or vehicles are allowed on the property. 📄 Liability The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur on the premises or its facilities, nor for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, all guests agree to use the premises at their own risk and to assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises, or from inviting others to use the premises. 1. **No Parties Policy**: - Absolutely NO parties allowed on the premises. - Visitors are not permitted without explicit written consent from the hosts. 2. **No Smoking or Vaping Indoors**: - Smoking or vaping indoors, including in the game room, is strictly prohibited. 3. **Quiet Hours and Outdoor Restrictions**: - Quiet hours imposed by the County of Orange are from 10 pm to 7 am. - No music outdoors at any time. - No excessive drinking or illegal activities permitted. - Outdoor activities such as pool, spa, BBQ, or loud chatting are not allowed after 10 pm, strictly enforced by county sheriffs. - Citations will be issued, and offenders are subject to a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction without refund. 4. **Parking Regulations**: - All vehicles must park in the driveway. 5. **Guest Registration and Visitors**: - Prior to check-in, guests must provide photo ID and two additional adult phone numbers. - No visitors are allowed without host approval. 6. **Pool Safety**: - Keep the pool gate closed and latched at all times. - Do not tamper with pool equipment. 7. **Energy Conservation**: - Turn off AC/heating when not at the house. 8. **Toilet Usage**: - Do not flush anything except toilet paper down the toilets. 9. **Check-Out Procedures**: - Check-out time is 10:00 am. - Follow the provided check-out procedure. - Assist cleaning staff by clearing personal items, emptying trash, and placing used dishes in the dishwasher. 10. **Pet Policy**: - Pets must be approved in writing prior to check-in. - Non-refundable $300 fee due before check-in, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. - Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and liable for any damages caused. - Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick medication. - Pets may not be left unattended in the yards. 11. **Fireplace Usage**: - The fireplace is decorative only and should not be used. 12. **Reporting Issues**: - Report any issues within 24 hours of check-in for prompt resolution by the host. 13. **Enforcement and Fine Policy**: - Violation of house rules may result in a fine of up to $1,000 and immediate eviction without refund. - Guests unable to comply with these rules should cancel their reservation.
