Several neighbors have dogs, which you will hear from time to time. Some homes on our street look rough around the edges. We’ve found this to be part of the charm of Cottonwood and have only had positive experiences. However, some guests might prefer the solitude of not having nearby neighbors like we have here. - To help ensure the safety of our guests and team members, we have an exterior surveillance camera located at the front door.
