With the bedroom doors closed, the noise is significantly reduced and the sound cant be barely heard, if it all. However, we love our neighborhood and respect our neighbors so we do include a quiet hours policy in our rules of 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Also for consideration, the unit has a spiral staircase and guests will need to be able to go up these with any luggage to access the apartment. •1 bedroom has 2 queen size Green Tea Memory Foam Mattresses and the other has a King size. It should be noted that the space is unavailable on Saturdays between 5 am and 2pm for the Charlottesville Farmers Market. The parking pass must be hung in the rearview mirror. It must be left on the entry table upon checkout. If unreturned or lost, a lost fee of $50 will be applied.
