The space This apartment, located on the ground floor of a building completely renovated, comes with wood-like tiles and finishes in orange shades. The living area is very bright and comes with an open plan well-equipped kitchen, fitted with an induction hob and a kettle, in addition to a dining area and a seating area with a double sofa bed and a Tv. The sleeping area comes with two bedrooms furnished with a queen size bed and a piece of furniture where to store personal belongings. Two elegant full bathrooms with large showers complete the apartment. At guests’ disposal there is also a common laundry room on the ground floor and a relax area on the first floor. We also offer to our guests truly authentic experiences to live like a local. Guest access Our guests will have access to all the amenities of the accommodation. Other things to note Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 25€ per stay. The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot. Basic condiments such as oil, salt, pepper and sugar are not present in the accommodation for hygienic reasons. There are other accommodations inside the building.
