We are in the Las Vegas Center Strip. The space Welcome to our suite. You will have full access to: · 1 Bedroom with 1 Bath · 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and a roll-away bed upon request · A queen sofa · 690 sq./ft. of space · Full kitchen Please be accurate with the number of guests staying at the condo. Each guest after 4 will be charged $29/night. Visitors are welcome, but if you plan to have them during your stay, please let us know, so we can notify security. As a security measure, any guest found without prior information will be charged $200/guest/night for the entire reservation and the group will be asked to leave the property without a refund. We would hate for such a scenario, as it is extremely uncomfortable for everyone. A security deposit of $495 is required. This is paid at least 3 days before arrival using a credit card. We do NOT accept cash on arrival. Prices, min stay, and availability are subject to change. This property HAS NO VIEW. This property can hold a maximum of 10 guests, which will be a tight fit. This allows you to stay as a group and make memories with your closest friends and family. If you arrive before check-in time, we have the Bellhop Service available. These will hold on your luggage, and after you check in they will bring the luggage up to your room. You can also check your luggage if you have a later flight and pick it up as you head to the airport. We do not allow events or parties on our property. Drinking games such as beer pong, flip cups, etc., and smoking are prohibited. PLEASE NOTE: Large groups, birthdays, and bachelor & bachelorette groups ARE welcome, but you CANNOT have a party on the property. By accepting this booking you agree to take full liability for yourself, your guests, and all visitors. You will be responsible for any liability and damages done by yourself or others staying with you. You also remove all responsibility and liability from the owner and managers. Children are not recommended, but welcome and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. We only provide the number of towels as the listed number of guests. In case you need clean towels, we have 2 options: · We have front-loaded washing and drying machines that are coin-operated on the property. · Cleaning service available: $80/day comes with a set of new towels and room cleaning. Guest access Full access to the Jockey Club Amenities; the pool, gym, sauna, BBQ, and Picnic Area. Full access to the Cosmopolitan Chelsea Pool and Tennis Courts. You will not be able to use the Cosmopolitan pool on your arrival or departure day. We suggest you get your names added onto the pool list as soon as you are checked in. Ice Machine by the Jockey Club pool Free Parking Coin-operated washer + dryer Free Wi-Fi Other things to note Please note: To access the Chelsea Pool at the Cosmopolitan, the guest has to add their names to the list in person at the Jockey Club front desk. Do this right after checking in with security if you plan to use the pool. . You will not be able to use the pool on your arrival date. A list of our guest names are sent to the Cosmo at 6 am every morning and your names will not be on the list until you add them in person . There are only a certain amount of people allowed to use the pool at one time so the sooner you add your names the the better. We also have a heated pool on the 2nd floor of the Jockey Club. The pool is open 6am to midnight By the pool, on the 2nd floor, is an ice machine. You will need the key card to access it. You are allowed to have visitors. If you have them come by, meet them by the entrance and show them to your room. If you are driving and need to park, the garage gate is opened using the key cards. Upon arrival, please park in the 15-min guest parking, check in, and get your room keys, so you can use them in the parking garage. After checking out, retain one of the room keys to get you out of the parking garage and drop the keys in the drop box next to the gate.
