Comforts of home kitchen essentials includes dishware , full knife set, flatware, Keurig coffee pot, Air fryer & Instant-pot . ★ OUTDOOR LIVING★ Deck with dining and seating area, wood burning fire pit, hot tub, charcoal grill, serene mountain views ★GENERAL★ Washer/dryer, central heating & A/C, linens & towels provided, starter packs of household essential products, shower and body amenities, board games and books/magazines ★PETS★ Well-behaved pets are permitted at our “pet-friendly” cabins. A non-refundable pet fee ($25 for 1 and contact us if you have more) is required. Please bring your pet a bed/blanket to lay on if pet is on furniture. Guests must clean up any dog waste. Pets should not be left unattended. If any evidence of an undisclosed animal is discovered during or after the stay guests will be charged a pet fee. In addition, any and all damages caused by the pet are the sole responsibility of the Guest. Tanzanite, has a paved road with plenty parking. Parking is close to house with step free access to deck that has a very small step. Hiking and climbing within the Red River Gorge is available to you within minutes of the cabin. We are minutes from restaurants such as Miguel's Pizza (a must), The Red River Rockhouse, LaCabana and Red River Smokehouse. Attractions such as The Gorge Underground, Ziplines, the Skylift, Natural Bridge, Muir Valley, Cable's Riding Stable and many other places. Tanzanite, Is 1.2 miles off main road. Paved road including driveway with easy assess. Parking is level and step free. Entrance to house has a very small step at deck. Guest can choose step free living space downstairs. ★Fireplace in the cabin is currently not working ★While in the mountains, you will likely see bugs, mice, or furry critters. We do maintain the property with regular pest control, but due to the surroundings, or if doors are left open, or food is left outside the house, this can attract critters. Keep in mind we are in the forest (their home) so seeing any sort of critters is expected!
