Our pet-friendly home comfortably accommodates up to six guests and features modern conveniences like free Wifi, a large size washer and dryer, and an EV charging outlet in the single-car garage. With only a six-minute walk to the beach, this location offers easy access to the "Longest Beach in the World." The house comes stocked with all the beach essentials, including towels, toys, and beach chairs, making it easy to spend your days exploring the nearby parks, hiking trails, or simply lounging by the ocean. Step inside and discover a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, that also includes a Keurig coffee maker, waffle iron, griddle, blender, and slow cooker. The adjacent dining room seats six, and a stylish half bath and full-size laundry room make daily living a breeze. Unwind in the living room, complete with high ceilings, a propane fireplace, and a 65" Smart TV with Netflix. An oversized sliding glass door leads to a covered private deck area complete with barbecue and seating area, perfect for enjoying the surrounding trees and ocean waves. The owner's suite on the ground floor boasts a king-size bed with a 12" memory foam mattress, walk-in closet, 55” Smart TV, and en suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Upstairs, you'll find another king bedroom with 55” Smart TV, and a comfortable memory foam mattresses. The third bedroom has two full-size bunk beds, a 55" smart TV, and toys for our youngest guests. There is a full bathroom with bathtub upstairs as well. Our single car garage with EV charger will accommodate a vehicle up to 93” wide by 200” long. The private driveway can accommodate one large vehicle or two small vehicles. We are near town making it easy to explore the nearby Discovery Trail and its 8.3 miles of raised boardwalk views. Don't miss out on the perfect retreat for your next adventure-filled vacation. Guest access - Guests will have entry via programmable key code on front door. - You will have access to the entire condo. - You can park in the garage, but there is no garage door remote. - An EV charging outlet (NEMA 14-50) is available inside the garage. Please bring your own charging cord. - Our single car garage with EV charger will accommodate a vehicle up to 93” wide by 200” long. - The private driveway can accommodate one large vehicle or two small vehicles. - RVs are not allowed per HOA rules. Watch young children closely. - The mosquitos in the spring can be annoying, we recommend bringing bug spray. - The Pacific Ocean can be a dangerous place for swimming due to rip tides.
