Casa de Suenos sits on a beautiful golf front half acre lot located in the private gated community of Hacienda Pinilla, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The property offers access to the Hacienda Pinilla private beach club and Avellanas beach on one side as well as to Langosta Beach on the other. A short 15 minute drive takes you to downtown Tamarindo. The home is very spacious at almost 6,000 sqft, has a large yard, pool, and outdoor entertaining area. Surf, golf, fishing, go to the spa and enjoy! The space Accommodations: 1st Bedroom - 1 king bed, private bathroom, tub 2nd Bedroom - 1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed 3rd Bedroom - 1 queen bed 4th Bedroom - 2 queen beds & 1 king bed, private bathroom 5th Bedroom - 1 queen bed Guest access Rates are based on up to 10 guests. An additional fee applies per guest after the 10th person, up to the maximum occupancy of the property.
